Dear sai baba, My parents are very sad for their daughter-in-law's behaviour. She is torturing my parents. Baba pls. give them a happy life for the remaining life as they are very old. I have 2 brothers and mother father, my father has done lot of sins in his life and troubled my mother always, she kept on taking it lightly and now she is at the age of 65-plus, she cannot take any more stress and worries, but my father still continue to trouble her and us also, he has taken away the house which my mother with difficulties has made it, her dreams are crushed she has no house satisfation, both my brothers also are out from the house, our house is only the support to all of us and now court matter is going on , we are fighting for the own house and for the justice, we want our house to be safe, my father is planning to sell it, with lot of trouble, we have made our house, we want peace now, want justice, there is really no money for court matters,we want our mother to be happy and satisfied for the remaining life,sai should punish father for his sins and he should repend for all his deeds, he should actually now catch some diease and sit at home we will take care of him

Since 2015 I have been in a continuous stress of suffering from Cancer any kind of Cancer. I have been to several doctors where they all see 'You don't have anything as such it is all because of your dirty thoughts like it.' My mother swears on Lord Narasimha Swami that, 'I will never suffer from Cancer neither am i suffering' supposedly she says. I am even scared to look at Hospital boards, even utter the word 'Cancer' because I feel if i say the name of the disease, i might catch up with the disease. Is there a NO WAY out for me to relax?

Dear Sai Baba, Every day my mother is crying for her only son who is staying in his in laws house. Their only son, Sri Ashis Banerjee, if want to come to his parents house, his wife and in laws do not allow him to come. Today Ashis has came with his wife to his own parents house. But he and his wife both are behaving very rude with my mother. Being a daughter as well as sister I am very sad. My mother is continuously crying. Baba pls. stop my parents crying. Your dhuni may touch their heart and they behave very well towards my family members and bring my family members under one roof. Pls. bless my mother so that no power can separate my brother to his mother as well as me also. Baba I have full faith on you. I am waiting only for your miracle. What is stress? How to deal with stress!
Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so commonplace that it has become a way of life. Stress isn’t always bad. In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. But when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price. You can protect yourself by recognizing the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects.

The following happens in stress:

  • Blood pressure rises

  • Breathing becomes more rapid

  • Digestive system slows down

  • Heart rate (pulse) rises

  • Immune system goes down

  • Muscles become tense

  • We do not sleep

How we respond in stress and why?

  • We do not tell or share our problem with others due to insecurity.

  • We do not do exercise, yoga and meditation (chanting of Sai Ram).

Effect on your body in stress

  • A tendency to sweat

  • Back pain

  • Chest pain

  • Childhood obesity

  • Cramps or muscle spasms

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • Fainting spells

  • Headache

  • Heart disease

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)

How to deal with stress
There are two broad methods you can follow to treat stress, they include self-help and meditation.

1) Self help for treating stress

  • Exercise

  • Division of labor

  • Assertiveness

  • Avoid alcohol and drugs

  • Avoid Caffeine

  • Eat Nutrition

  • Relax for some time

  • Morning Breathing

  • Tell and talk about your problem

  • Seek professional help

2) Relaxation techniques - meditation (chanting of Sai Ram) or yoga have been known to greatly help people with stress.
